Rose Washington is a Holistic Integrative Practitioner, Menopause Educator & Mentor
With over 37 years of experience in holistic health, Rose brings together neuroscience, aromatherapy, reflexology and trauma-informed practice to support health and wellbeing across the lifespan, with a particular focus on women in midlife.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that early adversity and chronic stress shape the nervous system and can echo into adulthood, menopause and ageing. Drawing on research into ACEs, the HPA axis and vagus nerve regulation, alongside embodied and archetypal approaches, Rose has developed a framework that integrates science with lived experience and reflective practice.
She works through coaching, mentoring and consultancy to support women navigating menopause, trauma and identity transitions. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-informed and deeply respectful of the body’s rhythms, offering practical, embodied tools for resilience, integration and self-leadership.
Rose’s mission is simple: to help people regulate their nervous systems, reclaim their resilience & live with greater health, confidence & sovereignty.
